Danielle was born and raised in Canton, Ohio. She graduated in 2011 from Ohio University with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology. As her undergraduate commencement drew near, she was faced with a monumental life decision. She had to choose a post graduate career path that would satisfy her passion and ambitions, in addition to supplementing her degree. Her passion for cooking and health promotion inspired her to pursue her master's degree in Food and Nutrition at Ohio University.
Her education and past work and volunteer experience have inspired her to work in a setting aimed at disease prevention and overall health promotion. Following the successful completion her dietetic internship program and registration, Danielle aspires to be a Registered Dietitian within an outpatient clinical or community setting. In her free time, Danielle enjoys cooking and experimenting with new ingredients and recipes. She has a passion for sustainability--composting, recycling, and gardening! Danielle has always made exercise a priority in her life, especially hiking, swimming, biking, and running. |
